Over the last 30 years, as technology and client expectations have evolved, our commitment to quality has remained constant. Every Flagship team member, from leadership to the frontline, works together to build strong, lasting client relationships.
TAKING THE LEAP
Founded in 1988 by Dave and Kathy Pasek, Flagship began with a simple belief: facility maintenance should go beyond tasks to fully support customer needs. Starting from a small office in San Jose and built through persistence and risk-taking, the company steadily grew through economic highs and lows. In 2021, Flagship expanded into Life Sciences by acquiring DENS Facility Services, launching a dedicated Lab Services division to support biotech companies nationwide.
